FAQ
I looked at the rankings page and my score isn't right. What's going on?
This is a manual process that we try to do at least once a week. Be sure to look at the "latest update" date at the top, to make sure this isn't just a matter of the info hasn't been updated yet. Or, maybe we screwed up! Reach out to @Hiyde and we'll look into it. We do keep meticulous records, so chances are good we'll be able to track down the issue!
I don't see my raffle tickets on the raffle website
As with above, check the timestamp at the top of the raffle site to make this isn't just that we haven't processed your purchase yet. As with rankings, this is a manual process and we often will go several days between updates.
All tickets, of course, will be processed prior to the raffle draw. "Manual" or "Free" tickets are added JUST before the drawing.
I deposited gold in the bank and got raffle tickets that I did NOT want.
Contact @Hiyde to back the tickets out if it isn't too late. End future deposits in anything but "000" to avoid tickets.
I mailed my (tickets, auction donations, etc) to the wrong account
Just reach out to the appropriate contact and we'll fix it!

ABOUT INACTIVITY REMOVALS
In order to make room for new members, The BBC regularly reviews "inactive" members for potential removal.
Before we go any futher, this is not a punishment nor is it permanent (in most cases). Anyone removed for inactivity is welcome to rejoin the guild when they're back in-game and/or able to participate more.
WHAT DOES "INACTIVITY" MEAN?
1) Anyone who doesn't login for 7+ days (and doesn't notify the guild they'll be temporarily absent) will be reviewed. Being offline more than 7 days does NOT mean automatic removal (far from it).
2) More importantly, we're looking at revenue participation as far back as 30 days. One bad week won't cause a removal.
*THE BIGGEST RISK FOR REMOVAL IS BEING IN THE BOTTOM 5%-ish OF CONTRIBUTORS FOR A 30 DAY PERIOD
"Bottom 5%-ish" means the lowest contributors in the 30 day report once brand new members and guild accounts have been factored out.
If you aren't in the "red" section on the rankings dashboard (or 0-25% according to the Infobot), you're safe!
Each removal is carefully considered. Factors include:
– New Members <30 days get time to build a history.
– Long-time Members
– Last Login Date
– Which way sales/contributions are trending
– Number of transactions
– How many items currently listed on our Kiosk.
COMMON QUESTIONS/CONFUSION WHEN IT COMES TO PURGES
But I gave the guild a Really Big Donation 3 months ago!
Our system tracks donations on a rolling 30-day basis. While big donations are cherished and appreciated – you still need to show decent ongoing activity in the 30 day rankings.

Again, we look at 30 day histories. We do not purge good members for one bad week.

– In the Welcome Mails
– In the weekly 30 Day Rankings
– In the MOTD
– In Discord
– In Guild Chat
– On the website
What I'm not going to do is be a collections agent in my hobby time. The conditions are clearly communicated. These are the most expensive kiosks in the game and it takes everyone rowing to pay for those weekly rentals!

OK…well…if you get removed, jump back in when your situation changes! Easy Peasy. Or, you might find a better fit with a guild in a less expensive location. (Vivec & Mournhold=priciest).
