Vengeance is back and here to stay as a permanent 30-day Cyrodiil campaign!
The Vengeance campaign has returned, but this time it’s here to stay! Starting upon the launch of Update 50 on June 8, Vengeance will be available full-time as an Alliance War campaign. Each campaign lasts 30 days and features massive battles with up to 900 players, as well as modified abilities, loadouts, and unique perks. It’s time to once again take up arms, compete for supremacy, and advance your Veterancy rank!
Vengeance Basics
Haven’t taken part in a previous Vengeance campaign before? Sign up by following the steps below:
- Navigate to the Alliance War menu
- Either by pressing L on your keyboard or navigating directly via the UI
- Select the Campaigns tab
- Select Cyrodiil and then the Vengeance campaign
The Vengeance campaign is open to all players level 10-50 and introduces a special ruleset to the Alliance War, templatizing player builds to help improve game stability and performance.
- All players have normalized stats regardless of level.
- Each class has a modified set of abilities and items.
- Experience Points, Alliance Points, Gold, and Champion Points are retained upon leaving the campaign.
- Items earned during the campaign labeled as “Vengeance” cannot be taken outside of the campaign. Items that aren’t labeled this way are retained upon leaving the campaign.
- Your regular skill lines also gain experience upon leaving the campaign.
- The Champion System is disabled in this campaign.
Upon entering the campaign, your character is changed to match a specific template for their class. As mentioned above, this includes predetermined abilities, attributes, consumables, and item sets. It also includes a backpack of supplies that cannot be removed from the campaign. Additionally, you will be given a choice between four loadouts, each altering your stats to suit your role in the campaign.
